Questions
When does it open?
In waves, founding members first. You’ll get an email (and a text, if you ticked the box) when your spot opens.
Which cities can I use it in?
Houston first, including the suburbs. Dallas–Fort Worth, Memphis, Cleveland and Indianapolis are next, in the order the waitlist votes. Before your city opens, you can still join and vote.
Does it work for off-market and wholesale deals?
Yes. Type any address, listed or not, and you get the same full report.
Can I share a report?
Yes. One tap makes a deal packet PDF to send to partners, lenders or buyers. Anything you changed is shown next to our estimate, so they can trust the numbers.
Where do the numbers come from?
Property and listing data from RentCast, FEMA’s flood map, HUD’s Section 8 limits and county records. Texas doesn’t publish sale prices, so the after-repair value is a range from nearby listings. You can change any number.
Is this an appraisal or financial advice?
No. DoorTruth gives estimates to help you decide faster. Confirm the value with an agent’s recent sales and the repairs with a contractor’s bid.
What do you do with my info?
We use it to run the waitlist and tell you when your spot opens. We don’t sell it. Ask us to delete it anytime at hello@doortruth.com. Privacy
